A family-run business with over 20 years of industry experience, Borovyk has evolved from a small farm into one of Ukraine’s top cultivated bolete producers, now maintaining a stable monthly output of 120 tons. To enhance product value and market reach, the company has diversified its portfolio beyond fresh mushrooms to include dried, pickled, and mushroom-based sauces, leveraging advanced processing technologies to extend shelf life and expand distribution.
